National IT services company acquires A2U
Acquisition will enable Pittsburgh’s fastest growing tech company to expand its healthcare IT services, bolster consulting and solutions capabilities.
PITTSBURGH, Pa. June 15th 2018 –Today, A2U announced that it is acquired by Accscient LLC, an entity of FutureTech Holding (FTH) and Alaris USA Inc. This change is effective immediately.
This will enable A2U to continue trekking towards the company’s five-times growth goal and expand its suite of services. It means more capital and resources for A2U. Moving forward, A2U will be able to leverage resources across all of the IT companies that make up the FTH corporate group and provide its customers with even more solutions and staffing.

A2U’s founder and CEO, Dan Dillman will continue managing the A2U business unit and A2U’s Cliff Miller will continue serving in the CTO role.
