A2U WINS PITTSBURGH’S FASTEST GROWING TECHNOLOGY COMPANY SECOND YEAR IN A ROW
Over the past two years company sees 199 percent sales growth.
PITTSBURGH, Pa. (August 21, 2017) – A2U wins fastest growing technology company in Pittsburgh for the second year in a row. In addition, the company takes the number three seat as the fastest growing company in the region, across all industries. Between 2014 and 2016, the company grew 199 percent in sales.
In an awards ceremony on Friday honoring the top 100 fastest growing companies in Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Business Times recognized A2U for its high growth.
“There are two reasons why we keep seeing high growth: First, we only hire the best, technical staff. Secondly, we are focused on finding solutions for our customers – we are not driven by selling a new product,” said Dan Dillman, CEO, A2U.
Last year, the company acquired Roberts Construction which allowed A2U to expand its collaboration services. On the heels of that announcement – UMed, a Philadelphia-based IT consulting group joined A2U this past spring. This partnership enabled A2U to grow its resources in Eastern PA.
Not only has the company seen explosive sales growth, but it has added key staff also. In the last few months, A2U welcomed a CTO, David Holdan and vice president of sales and marketing, Mike Klunk.
Additionally, the company was recently named one of 30 Citrix Platinum Partners in the country. A2U also holds a Platinum Partner status with eG Innovations and IGEL technologies.
“A2U is honored to be named the fastest growing technology company in Pittsburgh and third fastest growing company overall this year. We are excited to continue with our fast-growth business strategy,” said Dillman.
A2U’s executive team reports its goal is to grow by five times over the next four years.
