New Hires: James Henry and Bryan Wassel

Applications2U (A2U), a premiere IT consulting and cloud hosting company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, announced two new hires today as they continue on their path of growth and company development. James Henry and Bryan Wassel join the A2U team as Technical Architects.

James_profile_closeJames Henry: James joins A2U as a Technical Analyst. In his new role, James will focus on delivering post-sales support and solutions to the A2U customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions. James will act as a primary point of contact for customers, responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal A2U employees on customer situations and escalated issues.

James brings approximately six years of customer service expertise to A2U. He also received his associate degree from the Community College of Allegheny County in Computer Science.

Bryan_headshot_500pxBryan Wassel: Bryan joins A2U as a Technical Analyst. Bryan will focus on interfacing with customers via inbound cases to address and resolve basic and advanced use-cases over technical support requests for A2U’s products and services. Bryan will act as a primary point of contact for customers, responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal A2U employees on customer situations and escalated issues.

Bryan brings approximately three years of customer service expertise to A2U. He received his associate degree from the Pittsburgh Technical Institute in Network Administration.
